Secret of Mana 2 (Seiken Densetsu 3). According to those who played it it's the best in the series. A travesty that Square never localized it for the West, especially considering Secret of Mana sold pretty well. Yakuza 5 used to be another one, but thank god it's coming later this year!

San Andreas from GTAV, easily. Or Liberty City from GTAIV. I also have fond memories of Midgar from FFVII and Lindblum from FFVIII. Silent Hill should also probably be mentioned (and in the same breath, Raccon City).

I was about 19 when the Dreamcast released. I never bought one myself, but my best mate did. I still remember the day he came over with the Dreamcast in his backpack and we hooked it up to my telly. My jaws simply dropped.. I couldn't believe how good Shenmue looked.
