For me the appeal has always been that pokemon is the perfect holiday game. You go away on holiday with your parents, you start a new game and then on the plane on the way back you have an unbeatable monster team. Not much of an appeal I know, but it beats meating new people
I'm almost certain this has been done before, but I'm really curious to get the (although I'm loathed to used the term) "gaming demographic's" slant on movies.
