Why can't dev's create the games for PC and then port it to the consoles?

Every game can almost always be improved upon in some way. The fact that the game is marketed as revolutionary but never stands up to that claim, kind of remiinds me of every other product on any market as well as every politician and political party.

That level was a *Bleep bleepity bleep*, I gave up on it after repeated attempts, (I was 13 at the time) but I bought Mafia 2 on Steam recently and got mafia 1 as an extra and was able to actually beat it, Yay!

Damn it! I hate myself, I was checking some of the screenshots of the first game and decided to buy the second one, and in doing so get the first one. However, I forgot to switch to the second game so I bought the first game by accident! Now I have to pay double :(

Tbh, I think it looks a little too much like Fo3, they could've at least changed the UI a BIT, but no, it's just Fallout 3.5, an expansion, now I'm pissed. The best thing to do with another FO game is to dump the fucking Oblivion engine and use something else!
