Definitely Victorian England, I was really hoping that revelations was going to be in Victorian England, but I was dissapointed :(
Otherwise either China or Feudal Japan (preferably the latter) as these are not covered enough in video games
I really enjoyed DMMM (wow that's a stupid acronym), actually one of my first posts here was a positive review of said game. Definitely has the best combat that I've seen in an RPG (well, apart from Deus Ex, but that doesn't count)
I like Matt Smith for the main reason that he really reminds me of Sherlock Holmes, which is basically what Doctor Who is, Sherlock in space. And Smith has the most 'Sherlock-esque' acting style (out of the three doctors I've seen)

Well, I think it mainly depends for Christmas on if you're religious. You don't force Muslims to eat at Rabbadan (SP?) or force Jews to work on the Sabbath. If you're a Christian, you should definitely be able to take Christmas off
