The No Pre-owned games are worse on PC than Consoles, but as the prices are cheaper (with Steam Sale significantly cheaper) it seems people don't mind. So if (Big if, I can not see Microsoft doing this) they do block pre-owned games personally I would be okay with it if they made the games cheaper.

I can't see it happening, but it would be nice if it integrated Steam more. However as Rack said they couldn't make money from the licenses which would mean they would have to charge else where, either a more expensive console or some other hidden fees that they will make up.
