Hellgate London went awful, noone can deny that (considering its defunct now), also The Matrix Online wasn't the best of games i personally enjoyed Guild Wars, and i can't wait to see what the sequel is like (Guild Wars 2)

Make it a 2.5D, game (between 2D and 3D), keep the running to Sonic (if you want him fighting make Knuckles do that) or a remake of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 or 2 OR Kill sonic and put Knuckles as the main character :D
