Breath of fire 4, Mass Effect 2 and Final Fantasy 9 I'll admit I did not like FF9 back in the day because it was not like 8 & 7 but in retrospect I now realise how much fun that game was.

Warcraft 4 perhaps less RTS and more RPG but with wow eating its way through all the established story lines it seems unlikely.
