GTA IV was hardly better in that regard. No matter what choice Niko makes in the end, it doesn't end well. I didn't expect sunshine, roses and puppy dogs but he's scarcely better off at the end of the game than when he arrived in Liberty City.

I'm amazed that someone hasn't put out a video of supporters extolling the virtues of the legislation and intercut with clips of Ah-nuld shooting everything that moves.

I'm not all that enamored of the Wii but I do have to give Nintendo credit for resurrecting the industry and introducing things like rumble and thumbsticks. This is an anniversary worth noting, that's for sure. It marked the beginning of so many good things.

Writing "I support the First Amendment' on controllers and mailing them out is a brilliant act of free speech. You'll see some changes when politicians begin to realize that we play games, we vote and we're more than willing to kick up a fuss when somebody pulls some stupid crap like this.
