It all depends. If you have a wired 360 controller, then you're set. If you have a wireless, you need to go out and buy a Xbox 360 Wireless Accessory for your PC. It'll run you $20, or $60 if you buy a controller with it.

Let's be honest here. If you enjoy using a 360 controller for TF2, then get TF2 for the PC. When you boot it up, enable the developer's commentary, and then type in "exec 360controller" without the quotations. Congradulations, you now have the superior version of TF2 with all of the updates...

Well, the internal memory of the Xbox 360 is the problem for TF2 on the 360. Valve is trying to tool the game to get around that and give the 360 the updates, but I believe the internal memory is about the same size as a cell phone, hence the problem.
