Poll: First Time Star Wars watcher

Someone might've linked this already, but 451236. Explaination in the link below. http://moviebob.blogspot.com/2011/11/let-go-of-your-hate.html

    Bombs Away!

I haven't seen Sucker Punch yet myself, but all of my friends who have said it was great, and I know Bob gave it a good review too. Why all the hate on it?

A point of contraversy (part 1) - Buying a game used is as bad as pirating?

I've seen people earlier saying that when you buy a game, you're just buying a license to play that game. That you're buying the experience, rather than actually owning the game. So when my copy of Halo 3 (that I bought new when I bought my 360) broke, every developer would clearly have been...

Poll: You can kill one Mass Effect Squadmate.

Definitely Jacob. He just bored me throughout, and wasn't interesting at all. His story bored me, his conversations bored me, and I didn't see a use for him purely on a metagame point of view either.

A point of contraversy (part 1) - Buying a game used is as bad as pirating?

Well, I know a couple of shops in England that do deal solely in pre-owned games and films, so it's not a completely unheard of idea. What really seems to be the problem is, that the developers want additional profits from used games, without putting in any extra work. Surely the obvious...

    What?s What in Captain America

With regards to Union Jack - according to his wiki page, the new Captain America game (which I haven't played), has this to say.

You now have a Army of the last thing you killed in a videogame.

Crawmerax the Invincible. Yeah, that'll do.

    Opinion on ME1's Mako

I played them both on the 360, and never had any trouble controlling them. I do know people who failed to realise the Mako had a cannon though, which meant they really hated it.

    The Big Picture: Skin Deep

With Thor, I felt it was a weird choice, but didn't really have a problem with it. After all, the premise (I've never really read much of the Thor comics, but how it came across in the films), was that the Norse Gods existed. Not that they were actually of Scandinavian origin or anything. So...

    Wait a second, that WORKED?!

Diablo 1. On my first play through, I just couldn't seem to beat Diablo, no matter what I did. Until one time he ripped me apart as usual, only to leave my blood golem still standing at the end. Because the enemies in Diablo keep on attacking your corpse once your dead, the golem was just left...

Ubisoft Unveils a Sexy Wii Minigame Compilation for Adults

Yeah, am I the only one who's thinking that, if you're going to try and make a game like this, it would at least work better on Kinect where you don't need to rub your face against a controller? Not that it would work anyways, just seems like if they were trying to go for that, Kinect...

That One Thing it Could Do Without

Halo Reach without the Race gametypes. Or at least, without them being eligible to vote for - they should be in their own class, rather than forcing them upon people who want to play normally.

    Molyneux's Unfocused Innovation

I never realised he was responsible for all of those games actually. I loved Dungeon Keeper. Theme Park and Magic Carpet. And while I didn't play any of the original Populous games, Populous the Beginning was amazing I thought.

Most terrifying fictional world to live in?

Do what you're told to do, told to think, told who and how to worship (worshipping a God who before he was enthroned went around trying to free humanity from the falsehoods of religion, only to be mortally wounded and then worshipped as one himself). Don't worry though, the thousands of souls...

Most terrifying fictional world to live in?

I agree with 40k - even the good guys in that universe make the Nazi Germany look like benevolant friendly government.
