My hometown, Pembroke, Ontario, was founded by a couple of illegal squatters in the 1800s. My current place of residence, Toronto, was orginally colonized after the British (presumably after a vision of the future) abandoned Detroit. I like my hometown's orgin better.

If you have an X Box, X Box 360, or decent PC, I recommend as last-gen BioWare title called Jade Empire. It has brnaching dialogue, a detailed leveling and powers system, and a really good story. The Kung-Fu fighting system is also a blast to play.
