Mass Effect, definitely. It actually is good so long as you don't think of it as a game, but rather an interactive story where the interactive parts suck.

Rocket launchers. Seeing my opponents explode into pieces before me is fun, and rocket jumping is almost like an art form. Second would be chainguns. Whether it's the Heavy's minigun in TF2, Duke Nukem's chaingun cannon, or UT's ridiculously underpowered PoS, I still love 'em.
