I've played through KOTOR 1 and 2 but I haven't played the other 2. Gotta love the murderous droid. I've played this game. I loved talking to the different alien species but the space battles got to be impossible. I'll have to check out the witcher and some of these others, thanks guys...

I'm looking for a good CRPG to play. I've played Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate II and Fallout and I've liked those.

Ready 2 Rumble, Beyond Good and Evil and Marc Ecko's Getting Up. All kind of obscure...there really has been hardly any black game heroes.

A lot of video games have great stories that I think would make great movies. The Metal Gear Solid games are practically movies with a side of game. So far, though, every movie based on a video game has either been a bastardization of the source material, just plain bad, or in most cases...

I like RPGs...I've played through FF IV-VII and X and some others but these ones didn't thrill me. I've never gotten into an RTS though.

World of Warcraft - the gameplay was just boring. It felt like work. Starcraft - thought it'd be great, but it turns out I don't like RTSs. Final Fantasy XII - boring story and the "new" battle system was nothing new. Shadowrun for the SNES/Genesis - I had no idea what to do in this...

With games that rely on servers, yes, my idea would be ridiculously expensive. But Xbox games have players host the matches without a server. This doesn't cost any money. Using this system, it could work. Give every player a ranking of his/her skill...determined by average killrate, lifespan...

I'm not generalizing. The story in the Half-Life series really is cliched. It's about aliens invading earth. That's it. There's no character development. There's no twists. There's very little story at all, actually.

Does anyone else find online multiplayer in games to be really really hard? I'm sick of jumping into a game of Unreal Tournament and getting completely owned when I just wanna have some fun playing with other people. Online gamers take their games way too seriously, and make online multiplayer...
