For me, yes. There's only two things that can: Stunningly fantastic and attractive scenery / artwork, and/or an amazing and epic soundtrack. I can't ever recall playing through a terrible game because of an enthralling story though. Usually I get sick of it too fast to really get hooked to it...

There's a few games I have played a lot of, but there is one game I seriously can't get enough of. And that is the FIFA games. God I love it SO MUCH. I've been playing it since '98!

I know, in fact I agree that swearing itself is no problem. It's the excessive use when it's unnecessary. I did a project in Sociology one year about how it's good for you to swear since it's a good way to express emotion if used properly and we shouldn't be punished so harshly for simple "words"

well what makes me think the way I do is that when we came into the high school, the middle school teachers said they thought we were an exceptional group of kids (which we still have our idiots too) and the same teachers say these kids are going to be terrible.
