I normally just go with my own name in games like Fallout, but when something a bit more fantastical is called for I like to do my research. In other words, I'm just boring enough of a person to go out of my way to research Khajiiti naming conventions to construct Dar'Vandra out of bits of other...
I'm kind of a henotheistic Mara worshipper myself. As far as I can tell she's the goddess of love and science. Isn't that the best combination you've ever heard?
There's so many to choose from, I don't feel comfortable voting for just one. I'll just settle for saying that I'll be getting Skyrim and maybe ME3.
EDIT: Voted for SWTOR. I never even touch MMOs so I guess I'm slightly less likely to play that one.
I like a lot of 2D games, and don't really even think of 2D as somehow being graphically inferior to 3D. A lot of 2D games look better than 3D ones because the animation is so well done or because it fully embraces an aesthetic which doesn't work as well in 3D.
It's weird how many people think school is worthless. In reality, the facts you learn at school are mostly worthless in everyday life, but that's not really what they're trying to teach you. School is more about the skills you pick up unconsciously, like critical thinking and pattern recognition.
It varies depending on my mood. I still say Dragonball Zee even though in England we generally say zed, and it was pronounced zed in the original Japanese, because that's just how I'm used to hearing it.
I don't believe that doing good will necessarily cause good things to happen to you, because reality doesn't work like that. There's no fixed value of 'good' written into the laws of physics so it can punish us when we transgress it. Besides, that idea of karma is kind of just a...
I don't feel my privacy's being threatened at all. They're all in public places anyway, and what does a law abiding citizen have to hide? I do question how much good they do, but I'm sure they've had some impact on crime/conviction levels.
I'll admit I tend to stick to just a couple of genres, but I don't think there could be much more of a dichotomy. How do WRPGs and Japanese fighting games sound? I honestly think you can't make any assumptions about what people will or won't play.
(For the record, I do play a lot of other games...
It's a nice idea but I think taking time is still the better route; regular reinforcement of ideas and techniques is how we learn them, besides which some people may simply not be mature enough for a job so early. Our education system is often just as much social as it is academic, so this...
8-Bit Theatre's Black Mage. Because nothing is more funny than murderous psychopathy. Also, does the entire universe of Dr. McNinja count? Because it's kind of awesome.
