Real Time Tactics it is a subgenre of Real time strategy where there usually isn't resource collection so games like World in Conflict would be part of this genre.

I know that trying to shoehorn games into specific genres can be unreasonable but this seemed like an interesting discussion topic. So escapist is dragon age a RPG/RTT hybrid, RPG with RTT elements, just plain RPG or another genre entirely.
