Never had any issues like the OP, the download speed fluctuates at times but its usually fine, 12.5MB/S is the highest I can reasonably expect but 10MB/S is probably the average, and that's with 3 other people online at the time, don't think the problem is at steams end.

I just use Nat as my name, good thing Nat can apply to men and woman, yeah I have no imagination, naming all of my characters, male or female, after myself. It seems to work for me though, I can relate to my character better if I address them with my own name.
