Heroes of Might and Magic 3. I play it all the time, in between load screens etc etc. Same with Fallout/II. Silent Storm (overlooked but very cool JA type of game, find it on GoG if you've never played it) and JA2. Lots of turn based stuff you can play while doing other stuff.
