Nuclear bombs kill the will to clean

Keeping a 200 years old refrigerator reminds me of George Carlin talking about "stuff". Look it up if you haven't seen that yet. OT: Tenpenny tower is somewhat clean (before the uprising) compared to Megaton. It's all about priorities. I guess once you are all set up with a decent supply of...

Gamer Fired for taking "Pokemon Breaks."

There are laws for this type of thing. Where I live, you can't fire an employee (that has gone thru probation, of course) without a very good reason regardless of if hes part of an union or not. You can fill up a complaint and your employer might have to take you back. In this scenario, if...

    Mass Effect or Bioshock?

MY personal favorite is the Bioshock series. In the end it's up to you, but the games are fun and enjoyable.

Great Games with Huge drops in Quality near the end

The ending of Fallout 3 felt "meh". I guess I was hoping for something a little more amazing than Optimus Prime.

QUICK: Bioshock vs Fallout New Vegas

They are two very different games, it all boils down to what you prefer. Since you are on a tight budget, I'd go with New Vegas. It can be a massive time sink and an epic adventure if you enjoy the western rpg genre. Still, Bioshock has a very interesting story, although the game is somewhat...

Poll: What is/was your favourite "era" of WoW

TBC. For some reason, i think the instances and the raids were much more interesting than those in Vanilla (save AQ40 and BWL) and those in Wrath. Downing KT and Illidan are still some of my best gaming memories up to date. Wrath had great quests and instances, but I found the raids to be kinda...

The most obscure game you own.

So much this. I remember playing Space Station Silicon Valley with my sister when i was a kid, but all my friends didn't have a clue about what it was. I eventually bought it on ebay a few years ago. It's still good, but it gets old fast. I don't regret buying it though.

Side quests, How do they make you feel?

I love them, especially when they give a little more background info on the lore.

Poll: How do you name your game characters?

I will go with the default name, unless I find it unfitting for my style of play, or simply lame. If it's the case, I usually switch it out for a lore-friendly name.

Getting a PS3, What game should I get

I would recommend Uncharted and especially Uncharted 2. Those 2 are great titles for the ps3.

    The OH-COME-ON-NOW Moment

That was mostly the only thing I was saying out loud while playing Demon's Souls.

Poll: PSN down. Worst thing about it?

I can't download the patch for my brand new Bayonetta. This whole issue is just slightly annoying. Edit: Wording

What's the last game you bought, and would you recommend it?

Vanquish. Cheesy story but AMAZING gameplay and challenging combat

    New Funcom MMO looks promising

My sister and I have been following the development of this game for a while now. It really looks promising. Like many have already said, if they can pull it off, it's going to be amazing. Hopefully once the beta hits (i assume there will be a beta, i haven't checked the facts), the Hype Train...

really you let your kid play THIS

Having recently finished Black ops, I can assure you that stabbing a soldier's neck all away into the brain (Executive Order mission) is a much more violent sight than what they show on the news regarding, for instance, the crisis in Lybia. However, the argument "I've seen worst" is a poor one...
