In my experience, killing the person that ordered them to attack you gets them off your case, I got attacked by them once, killed them, had a look at their contract and murdered the guy responsible. I have never been bothered by them since.

God dammit.. the last thing I killed was the Chaos Witch Quelaag from Dark Souls, while I will have no problem telling the egg sacks I will not enjoy telling her husband, she was hard enough to kill as it is, I dont think my pitiful knight can take it, not without the help from Maneater Mildred...
