Knowing Blizzard, if they have announced plans to do Warcraft 4, there's a good chance there is already some development happening on the game. Blizzard has a history of developing games for years before announcing they're even working on one. That said, Blizzard is currently developing 4 games...

What exactly makes you think that? You're talking about two major corporations (Sony & Microsoft), they're both massive companies and both primarily concerned with money.

I'd say buy whichever you like more games for, because that's really what it's about. Both systems have their good and bad aspects, in the end it matters more what you want to play.
