I'm going to have to say it's a tie between Taegukgi (Brotherhood of War) and The Road in the movie depratment. As far as books go, Catcher in the Rye was... well, not erally depressive but it made me apathetic for a while.
Playing violent games is far different from life. I remember reading that it's been proven that individual draw a very clear line between reality and virtuality.
