Out of the list I'd go for Knights of the Old Republic. I played it recently using a laptop trackpad and it didn't affect gameplay at all. However, this may be because I like to autopause when going into a fight to issue commands.

Mortal Kombat, hands down the most fun I've had with a game in months.

MMO's, Xbox Live and Alcohol are things I'm glad I don't spend money on. I'm happy spending money on certain other intoxicants, comic books and vinyl though.

I found VIII to be the best in the series. It had the best storyline, in my opinion and the deepest game play.

The effects were great but the script was incredibly poor. If I turned something like that into my screenwriting class, it would barely pass.

I'm that guy quite often on Mortal Kombat. It's not as good as it sounds though, my friends won't play against me anymore.
