I played this isometric RPG called "Arcanium" which take place in a steampunk world. Something about it was just so cool that I had to finish the whole thing. Also the game Planetside (back when it first came out)... Something about being a soldier on an huge world, leveling up and getting...

Oblivion. If you are desperate for something to do, you'll find it there. I wish the main quest was harder though... Also I wish shit didn't level up with you, but there are mods for that (for pc users)

I love apocalyptic stories. Especially when the apocalypse happens in the game. You're a normal everyday guy... Then BOOM -the world ends. Now you gotta survive.

MechWarrior 2. The music playing is the background of the intro mixes perfect with radio chatter, there was jsut something about it that was just so.... 'cool'. Oh yeah and Unreal Tournament... That game had awesome intro music, and the series in general has very appropriate music.

I consider Portal an FPS, and with Portal I see new hope in the FPS genre. Portal is First-Person... and you shoot portals... when a portal gun. Puzzles or not how is shooting things from a first person perspective not a first person shooter? You defeat a freaking boss in it when the portal...

I have to say my favorite weapon of all time has to be the Piano wire from the first Hitman game. There was just something so satisfying in casually going behind someone and then strangling them till they stopped twitching.

You know theres nothing I love more than a good space game. Wing Commander, Tachyon, Freelancer... Theres just something about controlling your own starship, zooming around the galaxy blowing stuff up with lasers, that brings a feeling of freedom that seems so absent with today's ultra...
