Unskippable: Dead Rising 2: Part 3

Not quite. In the Dead Rising continuity you have approximately an hour before you turn. If you can get a dose of the antidote before then you can keep yourself from turning. In Katey's case, Zombrex 12 Hour formula (Dead Rising: Case Zero) was available and they were in Las Vegas so Chuck...

    How big is your backlog?

I have 5 years? worth of games from when I was in the Marine Corps and another 2.5 from my undergraduate years. So I would guess at least half to 3/4 of my collection of console games.

    Question about sexuality.

Yeah, I was 1st Battalion Delta Company at MCRDPI. One of my favorite memories is when our DI told the platoon that the female Marines were recruits that had the same training schedules and hygiene time we had. If you never heard 74 guys retch in unison it is quite the experience.

Explain to me why people develop such strong connections to products and brands

Nah, Royal Crown (RC) Cola is the best!

Explain to me why people develop such strong connections to products and brands

I feel it has alot to do with operant condition and social/peer pressure. If you ever get a chance look up "Psychological Operations" (or PsyOps) and compare the techniques they use to win "hearts and minds" with what we are exposed to by advertising and the media.

Poll: Do you prefer single Player or multi-player?

I mostly like single player but every now and again I like multiplayer. However, I do not like it when you can't play multiplayer without going online. I had Dead Rising 2 pre-ordered for months and then when I got it I realized I could only play multiplayer on Xbox Live. Thus my fiancée and I...

You decide which game I rent...

If you haven't played it already I suggest Dead Rising 2.

    Question about sexuality.

I am a heterosexual male who has had a number of homosexual and bisexual friends of both genders. As a former thespian I hung out with very promiscuous people and really never questioned my attraction to women. There were some times when I was in the Marine Corps when I actually questioned my...

    If you have to choose

I wouldn't say I missed it. I was bored so it could have been the best world ever but if I didn't enjoy it why bother?

    Poll: Flash Games

I disagree. I prefer Armor Games myself.

    Poll: Flash Games

I love Flash games. I think it is because they remind me of a simpler time when games were both challenging and fun and graphics and story were secondary. "So I'm an overweight Italian jumping on walking mushrooms and turtles trying to find a princess? Ok." Flash games took on a life of...

    If you have to choose

Number 2. I like good gameplay and if I can't have that then I at least want a good story. (However, even the greatest story can't make up for horrible gameplay for me.) See, I couldn't stand Morrowind just for this very reason. I got frustrated and bored and realized I had other things I'd...

    Q&A Thread

I can't claim credit for this one, someone actually asked this when I first enlisted: Why does a Major outrank a Lieutenant but a Lieutenant General outrank a Major General?

    Q&A Thread

No problem. It is partially funny and partially annoying how often movies and television shows get their facts wrong. (Videogames tend to be a little better.) So I have no problem when people actually want to know the truth. That reminds me, sometimes "sniper" is used colloquially for someone...

    Q&A Thread

Let me preface this with the qualifier that I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Like any other operational definition, these terms may mean different things to different people. However this is how I define these terms from my experience. First, in the Marine Corps, "marksman"...
