Oh yeah, Michael Bay would be SO horrible. Instead shall we let Uwe Boll do it? Maybe Bay has a screw loose somewhere regarding plots, but at least he HAS screws. I don't think WH 40k should ever be put in live-action picture, but Michael Bay is FAR from the worst choice.

I think manga and western G. novels are generally regarded seperately. Or that would make sense to me. My favorite is a tie between Marvel's Runaways, and DC's Livewires. Can't say I've read many non-comic based graphic's ^_^'
