Your choice. If you want to speak wrong about subject matter after being informed, go ahead. You will only confuse others who may be trying to help you.

Why I play Dungeons and Dragons Online

I really don't have a clue as to what it could be other than a change to the current targeting system, as Rhob described. http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Release_Notes_Lamannia_Update_9.0_Official The current release notes if you wish to read.

    1. Kobold assult. At level 2 I'd not do it. You'll get swarmed to fast as an individual. Do it in a group. Also, look at the quest difficulty. That uses what is known as CR or challenge rating. Following DnD, CR is based on the difficulty it would be for a party of 4-6 players. CR is the...

It will auto correct camera angle for landscape angle only. Not distance. The camera angle changing I found to be overly annoying myself, but it may work for others.

That is something I won't disagree about at all. I really wish those camera blockers would become transparent. Wait till you run around some of the much much older content. You'll have the dripping slime blocking your camera a lot. I find it very frustrating. Oh yeah, that reminds me...

Actually they aren't called lizardmen (or troglodites) because they are not lizards. They are Sahuagin, an evil race of fish folk that has existed in DnD monster lore for years, if not decades. http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/sahuagin.htm The lizardmen you want to see, you have to play...

Why I play Dungeons and Dragons Online

DDO is active combat, not passive or turn based. This is not diablo, WoW, etc. DDO is more of a 3rd person shooter. With Mod 9, it should have a first person also. Does this mean you have to play with mouse twitch skills such as in Team Fortress 2, Half-Life, Doom, etc.? Heck no. My twitch...

Are you still having issues? One of us may be able to send you a trial pass via the invite system. Or... you know, I may still have my original box that came with pass keys. And Lorichie is correct about the authentication/billing. Talk about bad luck timing really, but not much anyone can...

I thought there was a ladies night this weekend actually. At least that is what my wife told me. I think it was a shroud run though. Not certain.

Why I play Dungeons and Dragons Online

Real life takes precedence. Most of us understand and respect this. As for useless casters???? Ok, epaulet, personal opinion here but... I think it is time to stop listening to a MINOR vocal group of screamers that aren't getting it their way and try out the game yourself to come to your...

Actually they don't have to make concentration checks ever, and they regen mana so fast they might as well have infinite. Reasons. Any mob you can make flinch if you do enough damage. If they flinch they can't cast. So if you cause them to flinch while casting that interrupts their spell...

Why I play Dungeons and Dragons Online

What you won't find in that thread is the fact that the devs ARE trying to figure out the best way to go about it. However, bug fixes, people demanding more content, demanding odds and end things tend to get a higher priority. Also, the "poor built" character in one person's control, may end...
