I would buy all those ME spin offs, prequels, sequels. Mmmh, a TES game focusing on the Dark Brotherhood/Morag Tong. You would have to rely on stealth and it would be heavily story based, but the game world would be rich and big enough to make it rewarding to explore too. A Dragon Age...

On the psychological side of fear, I think anything that allude to a twisted, dark aspect sexuality can be pretty powerful, since we usually feel the need to draw a pretty clear line between WANT and DO NOT WANT. Plus, it involves the idea of power (or lack of it), pain, danger... You get the idea.

Mmmh, beside Bethesda games (TES and Fallout), I would say Vampire Masquerade : Bloodline. Even with the patch (fan made, iirc), I experienced strange bugs that made the game almost unplayable. Still love the whole atmosphere and the storyline.
