If you want to try the persona games you might also want to check out the other SMT games particularly Nocturne. It is not like anything you have on your list but you might want to try out Dark Cloud or Shadow Hearts. Drakengard is fun too. Those are just a few I'd recommend from the PS2 era.

I thought that second person is when you, the player, are the main character. Not that you are playing as them but you, the player, are them. This is difficult to imagine as the only reference i have is book perspectives so this may be wrong as applied to video games.
