Only time I can think of is when we first see Jaime and Cersei getting it on, because that actually advances the plot and is the main source of Bran's personality for the rest of the series.

It was an end of book thing. Book 3 was split into two seasons, season 3 was a bit more than half and season 4 is the rest. So it wouldn't make much sense to have a nice relaxing lead in to all the action in season 4.

I would absolutely support a cure for transsexualism because it has a massive negative impact on your life, and not only because of the social stigma. Homosexuality, though, is just fine. We can keep it.

Ugh. Fuck no. I mean, logically speaking it'd be a good idea. Being male and happy with it would be just as good as being female and happy with it, and it'd be a lot more convenient - I wouldn't have to go through the whole transition thing, or deal with all the shitty social consequences. But...

Yeah, since sexual orientation and gender identity aren't really related LGB people aren't really any more equipped than straight people when it comes to understanding trans people. The connection between LGB and T is a political alliance more than anything else, and while there are similarities...

MtF-wise, you can have sperm stored if you want kids (you do have to store it ahead of time because hormones can make you infertile), but I personally haven't bothered, because fuck ki - ummm, I don't like kids.
