I'm surprised that he not only reviewed this game but also didn't hate it. Everyone else seems to hate this game. Haven't played it myself but I'll probably give it a try at some point.
"I died once. I will never forget the cold dark fingers of death reaching out for me. However, even that death was a necessary component of the big picture. The virus that Birkin had created brought me back from the brink of annihilation. When I awoke, hatred became my master."
Wesker then...
*looks at new video* oh great! just when I thought I wouldn't have to hear him bash a series I'm really into he decides to review Generations, one of my favorite Sonic games ever. Well whatever I guess I'll watch it anyways because maybe he'll end up liking it (pffft!). *watches it* So not only...
*looks at title* This kind of statement just baffles me to no end. What does it matter if sequels come up that you happen to dislike but you liked the previous game? Just ignore them! I dislike Fallout New Vegas but that doesn't make me like Fallout 3 any less than I did before New Vegas came...
the narration wasn't my big problem with other M. My problem(s) with it were as follows: Terrible story, reducing the powerful Samus into a weak and helpless character who needs big burly space marines to save her from the monster she has killed countless times, terrible controls, boring...
his review of Wet. Loved that review
I have fun naming my characters in the Zelda games. I named him Boner in one game (made for some interesting dialogue) and named a kid in the game Wenis. I also had fun naming some of my pokemon in the Red version.
On a more serious note, in Fallout 3...
One of my friends is a System Shock/Bioshock fan and he would say that their stories are indeed similar (Bioshock is a spiritual successor to system shock) but that should not keep you from playing either game and I'd have to agree. Give Bioshock a try, it's one of the best games I've ever played.
Didn't know this was a specifically American quality. I like how you mention that but don't talk about the people in California who are constatntly getting facial surgery for things like a nosejob and what not when usually imo they look better before the procedure than afterwards.
I heard...
this. I like how people fail to mention bioshock 2's online. It wasn't groundbreaking but it's better than most fps online multiplayers. There's also the fact that the they got rid of the lame hacking minigame in the first and made a better one for the second game (that was one of the few things...
I've noticed it particularly on this site. Funny enough, it seems these same people love New Vegas though. They're like the opposite of me, I think Fallout 3 is easily one of the best games I've played on the ps3 whereas New Vegas was easily one of the worst (it was practically unplayable).
since you say you like survival horror, Resident Evil 5 and Dead Space 1 and 2 are definitely my suggestions. Other great games are Bioshock 1 and 2 and Sonic Generations.
