Take the Matrix, throw in a dash of dead wife angst ripped from solaris, sprinkle liberally with action, and bang, you have yourself a hit. It's not as clever as it thinks it is, but it's a lot better than some of the dross I've paid to see in my life.

Just finished replaying Wing Commander 3 - the golden age of FMV gaming. Mark Hamill, Malcolm McDowell and Biff from Back to the Future. Epic stuff. If anyone is having trouble playing old games under win7, then I recommend DOS BOX - it's a DOS emulator you can run in windows

I joined this forum just to post in this thread. WING COMMANDER: a space simulator that felt more like a movie. I liked it for the fact that you are in a universe where humanity is getting the proverbial kicked out of it. Also, the game would let you progress if you failed your mission yet...
