I think to use to service, you gotta update it. When you update it, you have to agree to teh new terms. And you can't sue them if something didn't happen to you. Which it can't have because you haven't updated it.

I enjoyed Battlestar Galactica, though that is daaaark, and very depressing at points. The reimagined V is okay. It has it's moments, shame it got cancelled, it was left on a cliffhanger. Stargate is alright, it's what got me into sci fi, but looking back it's corny as hell.
