Been on a bad schedule since about 6th grade. I tried chronotherapy to correct it and it worked for a while, but I slipped into my old habits.

I get really really REALLY bad stomach aches from indigestion. So much that it hurts to move at all, and it's extremely tender to the touch. Seriously, any amount of pressure on the stomach will send it into a painful fury. Thankfully, I can take a couple of tums and be fine in a few moments...
