Play any video game music? If so, what themes and on what instruments.

For me personally, I play piano and am a fan of playing the tetris theme, bloody tears from the castlevania series, and pretty much anything from the legend of zelda.

I have two friends that can play the Mario theme on keyboard really fast, since it's all they did in their keyboard lessons.
I don't play anything though. I suck too bad at anything musical.

I can play a little bit of the Pokemon theme on alto sax. I have a friend on trumpet that can play it as well, and we'll often harmonize and do other fancy stuff.

I can play the orginal Mario theme and Saria's Song on my bass. I also have the tabs for Live and Learn from Sonic Adventure 2, but that's still a bit difficult for me.

I've listened to some tunes, and transcribed them. I have the Mario theme (two parts) transcribed. I also always wanted to write an orchestral or band piece that was like a "Fantasia on Korobeiniki" (the Tetris theme is a folk tune called that I think) or some sort of mixed chamber or brass choir version.

I also like playing Saria's Song and the Gerudo Valley theme on guitar.

I never really learned how, but I had a friend in high school who could play most of the songs from Zelda along with some Mario and the Hammer theme from Smash Bros. on his trumpet.

Honestly, I don't really play video game music. At one point, though, I did learn the Sky Sanctuary Zone music from Sonic & Knuckles 3 Collection. I still know, it, too... Tis pretty fun. ^_^

Variety of instruments, jack of all trades. Oddly enough wanting to play video game themes is what got me into music. I'm the front man of a blues/alternative band now, but if memory serves right and I had time to brush up, I could play a fair few Zelda, Okami and Banjo Kazooie tracks.

I stand by the fact that Banjo Kazooie had awesome music, yes. Sue me.

I must learn these now. Away!

OT Back in the day me and some buddies would play the Halo or Battlefield themes on guitar.

Huh. Haven't tried yet, but I will now!
I can play a little of the star wars cantina theme on the trumpet and/or euphonium though!

The bassline for one of the MGS boss battles, forget which game and which boss, but the name of the song is "Skateboards" I believe.

On piano, I have arrangements for Halo music, played a little Battlefield, and some other stuff. Also could do Battlefield on tuba.

I always warm up by playing Zelda songs on guitar. I like to play Zelda's Lullibye to my son when it is time for him to go to bed.
