I've learned quite a few songs on guitar on bass. Mostly bass, since video game music isn't as reliant on guitar. Gerudo valley is the most fun one though, I even made a guitar pro tab for all the instruments. It's fun sauce.
The opening theme to FFX on the piano,
and a myriad of Zelda songs on the Sax, I like playing the song of healing and Sheik's theme

Legend of Zelda theme on trumpet and Megaman 3 theme on guitar.
The Megaman music is all great though, so I'll have to look into that some more
EDIT: I also know some of the Final Fantasy Victory Theme on trumpet and am prone to playing it like a fanfare whenever something interesting happens in marching band
