Should we really count bundled games as sales? My current 360 came bundled with Kung Fu Panda, something that I never would have bought on its own. Edit: The only reason Wii Sports is the highest selling game of all time is because it comes bundled with every Wii.

A few things. First, high sales figures don't guarantee quality. I seem to remember Meet the Spartans being #1 at the box office, and some of the highlights of that movie resemble a bad Mad TV sketch. And I don't see people rushing out to buy games like Psychonauts or Shadow of the Colossus...

The Unforgiveables would require huge amounts of energy in a game (obviously there would be an energy system in place), and Stupefy is a stunning spell. Besides, in Oblivion do you use every spell in your arsenal, or that badass make-everything-die spell?

Personally I thought it was an engaging, enjoyable game. Was it the greatest game of all time? Certainly not, but what it is is an incredibly fun FPS with a mystery twist added to the series' formula.
