I was a really big fan of the weapon upgrading system in Parasite Eve.

If I was on my deathbed, it'd have to be FFX for me. No grinding, celestial weapons, or blitzing...just a journey from start to end. Undertone's just right for it too.

Wow, I'm glad to read I'm not the only one who didn't finish Oblivion. Typically with games like this I like to do as much side stuff as I can before I take on the main quest. But after all the guilds, exploration and side quests...I was pretty much burnt out by the second Oblivion Gate.

Zelda: Link to the Past is probably the game I've completed the most. FFIV, Shadowrun for SNES, and Chrono Trigger are close seconds. But I could plug in LttP anytime and start back up. Good times :).
