Really slow to get started, the linearity was a pretty big letdown and the battle system wasn't great. Hated spending ages acquiring super moves to only be allowed to use one per battle. And what if the enemy called for a paradigm you hadn't prepared? Even so, I did play through to the end and...

I can never get too worked up about these issues. People that appreciate the original for it's creativity, atmosphere and who think japanese acting is actually pretty sweet, don't have to watch the new one. They can leave it for people who just want and endless stream of violence and one liners...

Left 4 Dead or something similar on easy. Nothing picks me up better than effortlessly taking down endless swathes of opponents.
