cultures are different, there is a tribe in africa where when a father dies his testicals are roasted and fed to his eldest son in order for him to gain his courage, to most people this seems wrong strange and like it should be punished but to them it is a great honor, basically all I am saying is, each place has it's values and I don't think it is anyones place(*glares at america)to try to correct it or get involved in any way if it for the sole reason of improving life for them(IE evil dictator rules country kills people and america comes in kicks his ass and brings back freedom)it is up to the country to settle it's own problems although this may seem darwinistic I think it is best for the person invading and protecting the country and the country being invaded.
