I like it when people use dumb logic, like using the existence of Hitler as a concrete proof that God doesn't exist, as he could have let Hitler into art school. I counter with it's perfect proof that God does exist, and he's just an art lover. I mean, have you seen that guy's art? And besides, he would just bum off his girlfriend for awhile before being dumped and writing terrible music.

All my experience leads to to believe it is actually harder to kill someone while driving after doing pot, almost as hard as smoking while you drive. How do you run over someone when you're going 2mph?

He was speeding at 85 in a 35 mph residential area. My friend was simply going for a jog.

How do you know this person was high while driving? Maybe he was just incredibly insane or drugged out on prescription medications, for all we know he just felt like re-enacting Death Race.

The police tested him.

They told you the results of the drug test in person, or was it in a newspaper? If so I'd like to see the article.

There's a difference between venting and calling all pot smokers, school shooting loving, hitler supporter, assholes.
And just so you know OP, if the person weren't high doesn't mean your friend wouldn't of not been hit anyways. Not to be insensitive, but it's just as likely that your friend was jogging in an unsafe way.
