Hello Escapists.
This thread is going to be two threads for the price of one, as the title implies. This is because I had two ideas for a thread at the same time and didn't want to spam them across the website. Anyways, on with the threading!
Question 1: You are greeted one day by an average looking man with a briefcase and a smile on face. He claims that with your consent, he can fix whatever problem you want fixed; be it superficial or more life threatening, with a simple one time pill or medical procedure.
He can only fix one specific problem however, but when he does fix it, it will remain fixed for the rest of your life - no recurrences and no injury can restart the problem.
Assuming you agree to his proposition, what do you have fixed?
Question 2: Now for a change of pace and less of a what if question...
Suggest me a martial art? I've been looking for a good martial art to pursue for a while now.
Aside from a 10 week karate course when I was nine and some self taught basic self defense moves, I have no experience with martial arts. I have no preference of where it comes from, but I do like the idea of using mostly counterattacks, throws and techniques of that nature.
