Afterburner: Climax is one I can recommend. While it is short and rather repetitive (it's an arcade game, so what would you expect?), it is extremely fun and addictive, especially if you're the type who loves classic Sega arcade games.

Please look into Geometry Wars, it's the best 800 points i've ever spent on Live. I play the game to death, especially with a big TV, the lights off and music loud. Brilliant game.
Try AppleJack! 100 levels for 80 points, it's a platformer where you fight Pandas and washing machines, not to mention it has a brilliant acoustic soundtrack and purrdy graphics. You might not get the geographical references if you're not British, but never mind that.
