hmmm...
Unreal Tournament 2004, Mass Effect 1 or 2, Dragon Age, Command & Conquer Generals, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

I have quite a few options really.

If I ever get the chance I am so trying this.
It'd get really boring after a few hours, but I'd go for something long.
Maybe try and run through an RPG like Golden Sun, or Fable.

DESERT BUS MOTHER FUCKERS! =P

To be realistic though, Battlefront 2, Wind Waker, Garry's Mod, or a Mario game. Any of them except the NES ones.

Fallout 3.

Any Heroes of Might and Magic game. My GOD those games go on FOREVER.

Since I've heard so many good things about Red Dead Redemption, I'd try that one. Provided it isn't as boring as GTA 4. God what a boring game that was, my longest straight playtime in that game was 2 hours and 2 minutes.

Ocarina of Time would work for me. It's quite long, so I wouldn't have to worry about ending early, and it's just so good that the experience would be less torturous for me.

Or SMB3. I would just play it over and over for the full 24 hours. That game never stops being fun for me.

Definitely Morrowind. It's just so big... I mean, just trying to find some quest related caves can take an hour. I'll get GOTY and find the 4 pillars at Solstheim. Yeah, I've done it 3 times and my fastest time is about 3+ hours. Fucking hate that bit!

Team Fortress 2, Vice City(personally, I consider it the best GTA game ever, i haven't played anything after San Andreas though), Fallout 3 or probably one of the games I just bought on Steam, maybe Saints Row 2 or something(I got so many games, I made my purchase on Thursday and I've still got 13 games left to download)

Probably UT2004. I'd just practice smooth map movement whilst listening to music for a good 5 hours easily. Then just play multiplayer for the rest of the time needed :D

KotOR or Guild Wars probably. One playthrough takes some time, even if you know everything.
