30,000 more troops

Eh, this may be the wrong place but I don't like the fact that 30,000 are going. General McCrystal asked for 40,000 to actually win the war. 30,000 seems to be just to slide by to appease both sides. My opinion is without the recommended amount we are just sending in a force that is liable to have more casualties than if there was the full amount. Either go all the way, or don't go at all. Pull out or make sure we can "win".

Personally, I think we should pull out of that mess. Everyone of priority to find is in Pakistan so why don't we stop kissing the asses of the leaders who hate us and do what we need to do?

I agree with this gentleman. If they are going to do this they should quit pussy-footing around and get on with it. Although being both a pacifist and someone who believes that we have no business telling other nations what to do I would prefer us to simply leave.

Kinda ironical Obama gets a peace prize after sending 30 000 soldiers to war -_- . I think joining the us army is pointless cause they view soldiers as meat bags to send to remote areas of the world to get killed by foreigners.

What he really got the Nobel Peace Prize for was for not being George Bush. Granted, that is a point in his favour but it is a point in my favour too. And yours. I expect our peace prizes to be arriving by post shortly.
