Shinobi on the Genesis (megadrive). I was very young and never completed it.
Of course, this is the earliest game I remember playing. A few years before that I had a game on the PC, but I can't remember much of it. Wasn't a big gamer back then until I got my megadrive.
Im not too sure if it was Baldurs Gate or Wolfenstein 3D but I'm glad Baldurs Gate was either first or second.
My childhood changed the day I got my first laptop.
Even though I had to play it with one of those little trackball things that was inbetween 3/4 keys.
Something very similar to this, way back on the old Game Boy that my Dad gave me from what he called his 'Uni years'. Then onto Pokémon Yellow on the GBC and the rest, as they say, is history.
That was a LONG time ago, though, and the memories are pretty vague. Anyway, I didn't really get into gaming in earnest until I got my GBA and a copy of Pokemon Gold, though I did go through a phase before that where I was really into arcade hunting games.
