Don't get me wrong 300 was a phenomenal film but not the sort of genre that can spawn a franchise.

I heard that frank miller was helping write the comic book the movie will be based off. The problem is that he still hasn't finished Holy Terror Batman and the last good thing he wrote was 300.

Not keen on most of Millers stuff since DKR, and not a fan of Snyder really. Not really fussed by this, although I'll be annoyed when it becomes a blockbuster and Snyder is hailed as some kind of cinematic visionary.

Only the writers of the comic know that. =p Chances are it's going to be about another battle between the greeks and persians but your guess is as good as mine really.

Did they say at the end something about 10,000 Spartans or something? So... maybe... 10,000? I dunno... saw the movie two years ago, and after the first time, it was really boring... 0r, it was to me at least...

The sequel will be based off the Halo books and off how the Spartans (in the 2200s) came around and became ruthless and invinicibvle fighting machines! Master Chief here we come.

It better not suck or I will be swayed into unhappiness.
