Also, this community is impossible to talk to when it comes to Halo, Gears of War, and Call of Duty. Which is funny, because the grand majority refuse to actually PLAY them. Which I would consider a good first step when considering a game's merits.

Hah. No kidding. I mean, I won't buy Gears of War 3. It just looks like the second game to me. Joking that it's GoW2 without sleeves didn't seem that far off the mark when I saw the beta gameplay videos.
Call of Duty, however, I've owned everything since Modern Warfare, and I feel like I'm allowed to say that Black Ops was awful. I enjoyed the multiplayer...the inability to quickscope was a welcome relief. However, the story was utter shit.

And as for Halo. I love Halo. End of.


People that insist that wildly spamming shots always beats pacing them...you're clearly making shit up. Let's take Team SWAT for example. If you miss your opponent the first three times, you're not going to land that shot no matter how often you fire. The only option is to sit down, take a breather, and try again when you've cured your Parkinson's.
