That's fair, although it must be said that force unleashed is totally different on Xbox. Tales of Vesperia is a great (and by great I mean BLOODY EXCELENT) jrpg. It's active combat so it's engaging and really quite fun. Again, Shadow Complex is friggin' amazing. I dunno...Mass Effect 1 + 2 are good, Assasin's Creed 1 + 2...it's hard to say really. There are a lot of great games out there. I would download Shadow Complex, and then just go nuts.
I know it's different, I played (borrowed) the Xbox one; I'm not too huge a Starwars person though (minus KotOR)
I'm looking at shadow complex right now... looks like a gritty reboot of contra (which I have NO problem with)
as for Tales of Vesperia I'll look it up, but I got kinda done with JRPG's after FF1-9 and 4 the after years

GTA IV and Saints Row were fun games
no, and no again; but thanks for the suggestion

If you just have MS points for now, get Braid. It's an awesome puzzle-platformer.

I was also gonna recommend Shadow Complex, but you don't seem like the action-y games. However, if you like old 2-D action games likes Castlevania, Metroid, Contra, then definitely get it.

Oh, and also get Mass Effect 1 & 2 if you like story-driven games.
I'm going to look into Shadow Complex

as for Braid, it would be pretty stupid to get it on 360 when I already have it on steam
Oh okay.

Are you, by any chance, interested in racing games? If yes, buy any of the Codemasters racing games available (Grid, F1 2010, Dirt 2), or Forza 3 (of course). Oh, and if you like Mario Kart type of racing games, get Blur. It's incredibly fun, especially online.

Also, if you like any action-adventure (God of War-ish) games, get Darksiders and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Both are fantastic games.
Blur was "okay" ; I can't STAND mario kart (get me F-Zero) ; Castlevania is on my "MUST HAVE NOW!" list, and darksiders... *stifles a laugh* I'm sorry but no thank you, I have no interest in "rip-off the game"

Good Man!

Although Vesperia is quite good. Nothing like FF. You control your character actively in battle (none of that FFXIII b*****it) and it's got humor and charm. It's like Tales of Symphonia for Gamecube, also an amazing game. Btw, I forgot to mention Enslaved. Has it's faults, but really great overall.

I feel I should explain the LIMBO thing

it's good

but it's not $15 for it's length good...

it would be like paying $15 for braid and only getting world 1

I never died in the limbo demo because the traps were so dang obvious (I've beaten Abe's Oddworld mind you) but if the bloods red... and the whole game's in black and white...

why don't I just play madworld?
it was only $5 and it's pretty decent in length (and REALLY funny)

sorry to make this about LIMBO I'm just saying is all
anyone have any input on the game?

Hal - oh wait... I got it, Homew - oh wait, that's for PC...

Mass Effect. Both of them. Both equally awesome games in different respects - some nice TPS and RPG mixing backed up with a brilliant background, a great story and cool characters. Be warned, though - the first has the Mako, a vehicle you will either love to death (like me) or want to perforate with many sharp objects.

1) you just lost that credability with the chuck norris comment
2) I'm 18 not 15... and trust me THERE'S A DIFFERENCE (I would know... 3 years ago RE4 made me go "ew" now I play Madworld and laugh)

Homeworld, an RTS game on the PC and my personal favourite game of all time. It's standard practice for me to recommend it to people in most "I need games" threads, so that was kinda me making an in-joke with myself.

Don't want to derail the thread onto the topic of it though. :) If I happen to have piqued your interest in it, then PM me.

I'd advise selling it and buying a PS3, clearly if you hate GoW and Halo, the 2 main series of games on the 360 you may as well have just got a PS3, it would really have made much more sense.

People have said force unleashed, but the wii version was SEVERELY trimmed down, I'm not saying that because I prefer 360, it just was. Plus the 360 version is privy to DLC content, and various other things that make it worthwhile. Also, the second one will come out at some point, so at least get that on 360 when it's out

You NEED to get the Mass Effect series. And Red Dead Redemption. Also, since you like arcade games, you should also get Shadow Complex.
