Um... well $4 billion buys quite a few games I suppose. That's not all I would spend it on though, I could probably buy every game ever made and still have like $2 billion left. I would most likely buy some random medium sized island, then research a way to grow mindless zombies, grow large amounts of said zombies, release them onto the island, and charge people to go there and slaughter zombies. With the money I get from visitors I could keep my zombie island open for quite some time, and probably have enough to live comfortably on as well. An obvious plus is that now I can live out my fantasy zombie apocalypse! Fun times!

Step 1: Buyout or form a PMC.

Step 3: Use said profits to purchase a country.

I'd put about half in the bank, spend part of it on a wild shopping spree, then use the rest to go on a world-hopping vacation.

Buy myself an awesome house and fill the garage with Ducatis for both my girlfriend and I.
Quit my job and travel 6 months out of the year. Sorry, I actually LIKE France, so I'd head there and to Italy and Greece first, then likely Sweden and Norway...

Beyond that, I have no clue. I get bored pretty easily, so I'd be likely to change my mind a few hundred times...

I'd set up a corporation to do nothing but maintain the most ironclad trust fund ever. Invest money into making nano-suits. Form a PMC. Give soldiers nano-suits. Buy a nice house with heli-pad and SAM sites etc. Buy a huge place for my guys to stay and treat them well near me. Slowly take over the world.

But I would put it in the bank/invest and live off the interest. Or at least a sizeable sum. I'd probably donate a significant amount to some kind of charitable cause, or starting a research/education foundation.
I'd also buy a nice place for my parents and hire them a professional chef. It's a deal we made a while ago.
I guess I'd also get more of a start on that movie collection I've been planning for a while. But I'd finish uni, graduate my degree and work for sure. Doing nothing for the rest of my life would be boring as hell.
